Just finished SMJ collection 2. This isn't what I posted this thread about, but I just wanted to say that Bandai did a SWEET job on those DVDs. The packaging and inserts and everything rocks. I've had a few problems with my player breaking up during certain points, but my player messes up everything because it's so old so that probably wasn't the fault of the DVDs.

ANYWAY, on one of the episodes in the second collection, we see a graphic of all the girls climbing a tree. The tree represents the 'growth' of their maiden circuits. However, Cherry was ahead of Bloodberry, even though Bloodberry is the 'oldest' of the Marionettes. Finally, in the SMJ databank section, Cherry is listed as being the most mature of the Marionettes.

Granted, Cherry seems to act the most mature, but she's supposed to be the middle one-Bloodberry is the 'adult' of the group. Is there any reason why the supposedly teenaged-marionette is depicted as being more mature than the others, or are their relative ages unimportant and Cherry has grown the fastest because of her relationship with Otaru?

Kind of weird question I guess.....but, wouldn't it stand to reason that Bloodberry would be the most mature???????

Hmmm...

Each of the Marionettes has their own special abilities.

Cherry seems to fill a mother role for lime. That may explain why she matures faster. Lime also has a tendency to learn things quicker than the other girls (or am I getting confused with SM R here?)

It's a valid question.

while I'll admit I've only seen a little of both SM and SM-J //

I'll can say She is the most mature because she has always been the most mature ,, ,,

Bloodberry only came about in SM-J didn't she ? could that have something to do with it ....

anyway what does age have to do with being mature ?

Each maiden circuit ( their hearts ) has a certain caracteristc....

- Lime is like a little girl that, let's say she was just born and wants to learn every thing in her path...
- Now Cherry ( like iwakura said ) has the "heart" of a house wife and mother, that's why she is the more mature one, cause she knows her responsabilities...
- and Bloodberry is the oldest, but this doesn't mean she is the most mature, she really is the most naughty of them. She thinks as if she was Otaru's girlfriend, so she just want to go out, visit places, stay with Otaru and go back to his place and have :?: :naughty:

So that's why Cherry is more mature...
If you're going to watch the whole series, u can see that Lime is always asking "what's that?" or "what's it called" now Bloodberry always wants to stay alone with Otaru to you know what :naughty: but Cherry is always there cause she knows what will happen if Bloodberry is alone with Otaru....

so that's it...
hope that helped...

Wouldn't any of them try that if they were alone with him?

The explanation makes sense though.

Yeah... but each one has her limits....
Like Blood wouldn't even hesitate...
now when Cherry keeps imagining her with Otaru, she is always saying : "Not here, the people are watching" so she pictures as is if Otaru was naughty, maybe because she is shy, so maybe she would wait to go home, make him dinner and then...:naughty:
Now Lime would say, "wha's that?" and "can I try it?"
She is the innocent one...

actually Cherry isn't the most mature so to speak, she is the most motherly

Bloodberry is actually the more mature in terms of appearance and personality
