Merry X-Mas edited out of Daemonseed

Thats right, at the end of Daemonseed it actually says "Merry X-Mas", not "We have come to terms". It looks like Christmas is so offensive now that we can't even mention it. Some of the edits to Cowboy Bebop, Outlaw Star, and even Escaflowne look foolish when compared to this. This is one thing I never expected in a million years -_-

I noticed that too the first time I saw it. Editing can get to the point it goes too far for even an anime like Big O. The ending of that ep. was pretty neat though.

Well it wasn't Chrismas this I belive, when it was shown. and if it was, the PC thing there.

The ending was not edited on CN. It also says "Merry Christmas" on the DVD which is unedited.

It's not an edit. It's a Christmas episode; it just happens to be called Heaven's Day in Paradigm City.

But of course, most shipments of anime, video games, and other things from Japan are inevitably intercepted by the PUCAB, Pirate Union of Crack-Addicted Baboons, who are responsible for stupid edits, grammar errors, poor dubbing, etc.
