It's also possible it's a drawing mistake, I'd classify that one as a rather easy one to make *blinks* - spesially if you are in a little hurry, and you got loads of more frames to draw.

ummm... it is part of da style, they r makin it look far away... they do the same with haruko when she is blasting the gun at that angle in ep.5... and btw did u get that image off the real dvd or the DLable version of the show? Cus my dvd doesnt exagerate the image that much ^_^,,,
