macross 2 - who is the best

who do you think is the best char in macross 2 super dimesional fortress --- personaly i like Ishta and Fef ^_^

I only saw ep2, and I didn't think it was that bad, but I didn't get enough of the story. I just think the Valk2 rox.

Umm heh, the Sirens was the name of the planes that were released during the movie i beleive.

And as for the entire Macross II series i wasnt too thrilled at the story, the main character was a news reporter and the top ace pilot was a chick (*sigh* sexist flamming incomming) However I did like Ishtar (who was the alien chick i beleive) she was the only good point to Macross II. I should rewatch it, maybe now ill have a different opinion of it now that im alot older.

I liked Sylvie and hated Hibiki. Too bad they didn't dump Hibiki and make Major Ness a bigger player in the story. Love triangle: Sylvie, Ness, and Ishtar. Now that would've been more fun, wouldn't it?

As far as the "bad guys", I thought Feff was good. He had a certain Breetai quality about him.

Eh... Marcross 2 (the movie) was painful to watch!

They relied too much on the fighting scenes, and it kept getting longer rather than better. I guess I liked Ishtar, even though she was a total airhead.
