Noir has shattered my fantasy of innocent schoolgirls!!! :(

But seriously though,it's a great series.Quite shocking though.I'll always remember in the first episode when I first saw Noir hang that guy by his tie...That was completely unexpected.

Only thing that unnerves me,the silent lapses are a little too long. You'd think half of the series is silent staring.Maybe the studio was on a tight budget with the voice actors? j/k

You have not seen the rest of the series yet, have you?

Rest assured, young man, Kirika-Chan is still a very sweet and kind young lady, and will stay so. :kawaii:

That's all I'll say for now... ;)

oh yes.. Kirika was particularly sweet, kind and innocent in episodes 24 and 25 :p

I like how they use the shape of the eyes to dictate if they're evil or not.

Yeah........... Kirika with "Chloe"-eyes is quite unnerving.

Whenever Karika-evil is talking to someone, I always get the impression that Karika is gonna kill them in the next frame. That look just says, "I don't care what your saying, but your dead."

Yes, and the person who made her this way really roasted for her crimes.

she's dangerous, if anyone remembers the episode hmm i think it might be a spoiler for some but who knows :heh: well when she gets caught and she, i dunno did she kill the guy with her school id card? i dunno, but she did an uppercut and the guy fell back. so thats sure one helluva way to kill someone eh :D i have a pic

That was just disguesting. No one expected that. Stick a spoiler warning in there.

Kirika-Chan must have very good chi (inner Martial Force), for she sliced through a copper earing with but a plastic card. :heh:

Na, it was some just some kickass card. Hay, Japanese invented anime, you don't know what they do with school id cards. Maybe its for self protection against dirty old men so they made them razor sharp, or not.

hahahaha.. death by plastic card...

I can see it now.. "stand back.. I have a plastic card and I'm prepared to use it!"

By the way, who else is scared the hell out of every time they hear the "Chloe" theme?

thedarkmarine

I get scared of the Melodie theme. The Chloe theme is just cool.

The most chilling aspect of the "Chloe" theme is that it sounds like a sad and gentle lullaby, that carries an oppressively malicious yet playfully innocent subtone to its melody.

i kinda like her theme song, i like melody's gentle sound, then it starts getting darker and darker

Noir tunes are perfect music to practice Martial Arts to.

From OST 1.

The sad yet furious rhythm of Canta Per Me is fitting for the cirucular moving forms of slow, soft yet brutal styles such as Aikido, Chin-Na, Judo and the joint locking sections of Wushu and Karate.

The blind and furious anger of Canta Per Me perfectly suits the savage momentum of fast, hard styles such as boxing, kickboxing, Karate Sparring, Capoeira, Wushu, Cavalry Sabre, Battoujutsu, Kenjutsu and Double Chinese Sabre.

The gentle yet haunting melody of Chloe facilitates the tranquility of practice Tai-Chi katas.

From OST 2

Le Grand Retour and Killing are superb trakcs for practicing the martial arts of Medieval Swordsmanship. The first if you are in a Braveheart sort of mood, the second if you are feeling very angry.

Funny how the true masters are always from the lower strungs of society and never from the elite or nobility. Himura Kenshin, Kirika-Chan and Li-MuBai (Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon) pay testament to this phenonmenon.

Those who achieved true greatness know that glory is only an illusion made by our pride and that true happiness is much simpler to find.

Only from underneath can you strike evil at its weakest point.

hmmmmmm :D it seems that the one in low status arises to be the most striking character of all

Ironic, that wealth ultimately hinders true nobility.

Hmm, an auspicious post number. The final year of my boyhood, 1993. Fancy that.

The theme "Killing" is also perfect for Capoeira and kickboxing, which both require a lot of rhythm and speed.
