I got that film and watched it with my mate Craig, and was really really enjoying the film, when suddenly it ended.

It was really good, but it didn't say anywhere on the box that it was a short, it just went on about how good it was.

There so could have been more to it than there was. It was like a special edition episode of a bigger anime or somethinig.

(now someone is gunna tell me that it is)

well as it happens i bought it today and still haven't watched it. I think you'll find that nearly all animations are short. why do you think thre simpsons have to wrap up there storylines all in 20 minutes?

Well i've seen it now...and it's pretty awful.

it was short rthe dubb was bad, the animation was ugly and there was'nt enouigh infomation about the vampires or the other characters. it also had this annoying slow pace.

HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAAHA... eddy you either illegally downloaded it from the internet or you have as about as much anime experience as I have running the country. THERE WAS NO DUB, the original voice actors did the original japanese and did the american version which was just english for when the americans were talking, this has to be one of the BEST dubbed movies ever, finally a movie MADE for americans.

Slow pace? Ummm when? the 30 seconds when there was actual dialogue between the demon killing? it was 48 ****ing minutes long, 30 of those were in combat scenes.

Also we dont know why they limited the content in the movie, maybe it was the plan, there are other films that do the same as this, maybe it was just ment to provide some awesome action with little explination.

For the first time on these boards im going to troll... Eddy, your a moron and do yourself a favor, stop posting before you prove your a moron.. and im going to give a little proverb to you...

OK..the japaneese attemmpt to dubb american voices was bad, and i bought it on ideo from Manga. just becasue i don't like something does'nt mean i'm a moron. And the movie did'nt make sense..why go all the way to an army base just to get human blood? why could they transform into humans? and i would'nt mind if the japaneese people were talking slow english but the American soldiers were just awful "I-UNDERSTAND-MAAAAM-WE-UUSED-TO PLAY GAMES-LIKE THAT WHEN WE WERE KIDDDS."

They were going to the army base so they could stow away on aircraft to goto other places. If try tried to fly they would die in the sunlight (im guessing) or just the fact they cant fly that far, its pretty obvious since the last demon alive was trying to stow away on the aircraft. And notice how the monster that was the bartender went to the airfield right when she new a plane would be leaving. Its obvious that planes were the key to the base.
They probably could transfer into humans because they needed to either one feed, or two do something else, the movie was hinting that there were two possibilities to their existance, 1. that the government created them (they escaped they said), 2. they were some sort of morphication from the original vampires, these now are able to change form? while the originals cant. umm do you see a dracula hint in this? dracula could turn into a bat. Which is what those guys pretty much looked like when they were transformed, huge bats.

Yes, there was an English dub. We all heard it when we watched the movie. No need to be such an elitist about it.

Omg I love it, there are people who go around trolling 10 posts a day, when I mail the admin and ask him to enforce it or make his moderators do it, he says we will when posts are marked. I troll for the first time in my life to an obvious stupid post and someone gives me a warning.

I dont care what you say, dubbing is an english makeover on original japanese content, the lips dont match and its not the original actors. In this movie its not like that, the voiceovers were all the original actors. It looks like when they did the dubbing they were like: okay one all japanese, one with some english, and the voice actors did them both. How can you say the dubbing sucks or that there was dubbing? dubbing is when you put voice tracks over another, or remove the original and put another on it. This is not the case for this movie, this is the original voices.

Next he said the animation sucked, wtf.

It was obvious his post was either 1. to be sarcastic, or 2. to be mean. Inwhich case it deserved trolling because he trolled a movie. If I say Akira sucks because it was unrealistic thats fine, but if i say Gundam Wing sucks because all the pilots are gay thats something else totally and a mean statement. Its blindly obvious that the gundam wing pilots arnt gay, and the poster was trying to do one of two things: 1. be spiteful and 2. ---- someone off.

So if you want to police something attack the original poster for being blatantly mean and starting a troll thread, but dont attack someone else who wants content in posts and ideas, rather than just bashing, moderators should know this.

You break the forum rules, you get warned. Why are you complaining?

Semantics. The English language was the primary language for the movie, and language that was dubbed over the animation. But this is pointless to argue, because we both know what we are talking about. And that is why I warned you over your post, it's pointless to jump on someone over something so trivial.

It was obvious his post was either 1. to be sarcastic, or 2. to be mean.
Or #3, he thought the animation sucked. Which is his right.

Inwhich case it deserved trolling because he trolled a movie.
No, you don't troll in response to a troll. You be a man and ignore it.

If I say Akira sucks because it was unrealistic thats fine, but if i say Gundam Wing sucks because all the pilots are gay thats something else totally and a mean statement. You are disagreeing with someone's opinion.

So if you want to police something attack the original poster for being blatantly mean and starting a troll thread, but dont attack someone else who wants content in posts and ideas, rather than just bashing, moderators should know this.
He stated his opinion in a far more mature manner than you initially did. Whether or not is it wrong is no longer important, because you decided to take it the wrong way, resulting in a post that broke the rules and earned you a warning. Bashing an anime for legitimate reasons such as not liking the voice acting, the animation, or the plot is perfectly within reason. Your response was not.
Kizzim, if you want to continue this, proceed to Contact Admin, PM Eva2000, or PM me. This thread has gone far enough.
