Anything people actually LIKE about the dubs?

This isn't meant to be a flame magnet thread. I was just wondering if anyone here like at least SOME of the dub voices. :D

(I don't know much about the original, hence the dub names)

yeah, i liked the dubb, i did'nt see anything wrong with it and although all the characters had a SLIGHT american accent i really did'nt see any evilness in them. they were kawai all the way^^

I like the dubs. I like the fact if you turned off the volumes, it sounds no different from the original. :D :p

Yes. He does Aiden Averlon (Sakura's father dub name) and most of the male teachers at her school. I only watch the dub for that reason.

Hmm ooh! I forgot to mention the dubs save me having to read subtitles constantly, they censored most of the love that I thought crossed the line in some cases *shudders*.

It introduces people to the anime... and then they go out and look for the real thing. Then those people discover the reality that CCS is good.

Other then that fact. Can't think of anything else.

Uhm...well, I think the dub voices are pretty good...in the sense that they're pretty decent actors for the most part...it's just that most of them DO NOT fit the characters. Fujitaka's and Touya's dub counterparts were lucky enough to get reasonably fitting voices (though really, I can't compare "Tory's" voice to Seki Tomokazu...*swoon*), but Sakura sounds too old and Kero's a rude little creature. I'm not sure whether I'd rather them have terrible actors who sound vaguely appropriate, or decent and totally miscast actors.

I sat through all of the Sailor Moon dub, so believe you me, I've heard bad voice acting and "Card Captors" is not it.
