1. whats with the eva 01's teeth? in ep 1 they are pointy and metallic, but when it eats Zeruel, it looks like the teeth of a human!

2. what's with the strangling/choking? ex. Shinji strangles Asuka, Unit 01 strangles Bardiel, Naoko strangles Rei, etc.

3. does anyone know why Fuyutski says "the reversed dead sea scrolls possessed by SEELE" and not "dead sea scrolls"

I can answer the 1st 2 questions I think.

1) The teeth are not teeth at first, it is the metal guard welded over the mouth to prevent it from opening. it didnt do its job, the Eva excerted great force and broke the steel hence it is jagged, remember that the Evangelions are based on Adam and Lilith who were very humanlike in appearance.

2) With all of the strangling I think that it was simply because there was nothing else there, with Shinji they're on a beach alone no guns no knives etc. with the Eva it just attacked, if you noticed the neck was all that was within striking distance also Bardiel was strangling unit-01 so that might also be related. As for Rei 1 I think that Strangling is a violent death and very graphic, it is also commonly associated with rage which is apparent with 2 of these 3 occurances, I'm really not sure with EOE. She strangled Rei out of anger.

if you look closely at the scene when Shinji is standing infront of Eva 01 for the for the first time (ep01) you notice that they resemble metallic teeth (because of the spaces) so i dont think that they were welded to keep the mouth shut.

And every time that the Unit 01 goes berserk, its always snaps the mouth guard.
Anyway, I once asked a friend about that and he told me that he reckoned that the Eva takes on the properties of the pilot, if the pilot is thinking about them, or if it important enough.
Like in the Genesis 01, when the Eva has resumed activation and Shinji is looking at the reflection in the window, and the head case falls off, and the Eva grows an eye.
And in Genesis 02, the Eva's got fingernails, which you can see when it gets it hand armor burnt off when its holding the whips/arms things of the 4th angel.
So maybe the teeth are like the others, they just take on the property of the the pilot
I'm not saying this is right, its just a possible explaination.

Druing this time Shinji and Unit-01 had a 400% sinc ratio. Notice when Shinji was attacking Zeruel the expression on Shinji's face was identicle to that of Unit-01. Also remmeber when Shinji was fighting ShamShell and his Unit-01 hands got burnt, underneath the fingers had fingernails... it would seem that the EVA was taking on characteristics of the pilot... so when the EVA was comsuming the S2 organ, its teeth became human.

Yes everytime I think about it I cannot create a link between the death of Rei and Shinji Strangling Asuka.... maybe simply as a sign of intense anger.
However when Shinji stangeled Asuka it was a hell of a lot more meaningful then that, however it is to late to type why... lol

He didnt say reversed... I thought he said reveerred or something like that... I never bothered to look it up. I am not sure thouth you could be right.
