was anyone else bothered by character resemblences?

This is similar to the earlier thread, but in a more disturbing way.

I'm well past high school and noticed a similiarity to one of the characters, but that character was able to make the positive turn-around while still in high school and not later while in college.

It's like a confirmation that I wasted my entire high school years!

Makes me depressed a bit. But, at I know this now.

hmm its hard their personality's are very unique so its hard to compare since their are so many different ppl as you ppl know. i cant relate to any of them, maybe, hmm whats his name, the guy who looks up to arima, the guy who used to be chubby, looks up to him and tries to be friendly but is ignored, thats kinda like me, being ignored and all, but i dont look up to anyone, if u dont count the creator of i's and his work :D

Ok how's this for resemblance: haircut 3 weeks ago, I wanted a trim and just tonight, dyed my hair in a dark red colour. And the result, I'm close to being the next Yukino....:eek2: Though proof will be tomorrow at AnimeUNSW's final summer screening for 2001/2002.

I would be honestly afraid if you were exactly like Yukino KnM... I mean Yukino does have her hidden mean streak after all. Like when she was chasing down Tsubasa.... :eek:

No kidding she was asking for it... but that was one really scarey girl. I mean shoot... she sorta went the way of Eva Unit 1! Thats pretty scarey for anyone to do that. :eek:

Anyways.. if I'd meet someone who'd look like Yukino, then there's a 75% chance I'd fall in love with her. If she'd act like Yukino, the possibility would be even higher. Like 95% or so. =)

Well, there's only one thing thats really important in a relationship - you should never get bored. I can't imagine getting bored with a girl like Yukino. =)

Heyy,speaking of resemblences, I cosplayed as Maho at Otakon last year (yeah! So what!) hehe,and I dunnoo maybe 3 people knew who I was. Karekano isn't the easiest anime to recognize. Lemme see if I can get an attachment here..Heh,my eyes are really brown,just trying to fix the red eye flash problem ^_^;; If I can't get it to work,can someone help? Could never cosplay? That's what I thought a year ago..but then,I thought..there's so many people out there who don't even look like their characters and are still having fun,why don't I give it a whirl! ..That and I have two friends who pressured me into it,heh..but I at least trrryy to look like the person I'm cosplaying as. Fireflystar, nice picture, the biggest problem probably is that you are too tall =), but you look quite a bit like Maho.

And btw, Maho is my second favourite character after Yukino.
