Duero does have a larger bust line. However, if he were to wear a bra then it would be an less than an A cup. for reference Dita would be a B cup probably borderline C and Jura would be a D cup.

As for Meia,is it with or without the armor?She looks like she carries a generous proportion,but when she takes it off we see she is rather limited compared to the others.

If nothing else, the guys at Gonzo try to make the Universe of Vandread as detailed, alive, if not "real" as a Star Trek Universe.

Well, in anime, Ditzs are halfway between sexuality and non sexuality, therefore it is only fair to surmise that they have medium sized assets. That is, in anime, at least. :heh:
