Is Kurama Gay?

That question has haunted me ever since i've watched yuyu Hakusho. Even the Philippine dub mistook him for being female and gave him a female character. Of course, they found out he was indeed a guy during the next installments and made up an excuse that he transformed into a guy when he had fully gained his 'human' body... nod* poor excuse but it worked somehow...

It's not just his appearance and the way he dresses... but also the way he acts. There were Yaoi overtones during the match between Kurama and Karasu around the tournament... and who wouldn't mention Kurama and Hiei's relationship? I believe they're simply close friends. They happen to be the only two demons in Yuusuke's party. Their friendship is similar to that of Kuwabara and Yuusuke, but certainly not something romantic.

So, what are your thoughts on Kurama?

i havent seen YYH anime for ages now. but i say he aint gay. as of now, i cant back it up, but probably some time from now after ive watched some couple of episodes of YYH on CN

i remember from some forum and other places where ppl think or debated wheter kenshin was gay or not, cos u know, he's girly, do laundry and cook and stuff, and has a female seiyuu etc. etc.

If you're talking about that special when Hiei and Kurama first met.... i doubt they ever went out. SHE liked him.... I bet he did have feelings for her but there wasn't any blunt scenes when they actually got together...

yes!! that's what i'm trying to say, ppl see kurama being "girlish" and they automacticly thinks he's gay =/
