hm... Angelic Layer, and CCS are CLAMP's experimental objects.

For Angelic Layer, CLAMP's main goal was to experiment computer anime-ation, unlike the traditional way of making anime, all the colouring was done by the computer.

Still it suprises me that their "guine pigs" are much more famous than others.

So I guess you could call them the "main supplier" :heh: They do a pretty good job of translating the manga, though like ronin has mentioned, they sometimes don't include the extras that the original manga has, for e.g. the postcards.
