Saw OAV's and I've got some questions...

First of all, I loved the Kenshin oAV's, and now I can't wait to see the series, but it left me with some questions:

1. How exactly do you pronounce "Rurouni"?

2. In the beginning, some girl gets stabbed THROUGH THE THROAT with a sword, and a few seconds later she says to Kenshin "live on" or something like that. I mean, she's just been stabbed through her throat and she can still talk? Whassup with that?

3. Did Kenshin and Tomoe ever sleep together? May seem stupid, but it seemed to me that they never slept together in the house (they had seperate pallets), and I thought Kenshin was just too screwed up in the head to think about that sort of thing...There was that scene by the fire though...hmm...

Now I'm really curious so can y'all answer my here questions? Thanks!

hmm..well just finished watching the OVA's today.

i think she said those words before her throat was stabbed.
maybe they did sleep together, im sure they did :)

Rôrouni... If you know how to pronounce ô =)

1. She may not have been 'stabbed' through the throat, maybe beside it... you know, the human body had a while lot of neck and the throat isn't more than a few centimeters in diameter, but I must say that it bothered me a little aswell...

2. I beleive that she was stanned abole her vocal cords, so technicalle she -could- very well speak... cince the wroed probably didn't make a big hole while it still was in her throat and kept it 'air tight'.

I don't think they did... They really never knew they loved eachother till in the very end... Since they were only set up' to be man and wife.

To answer your question....

1. to the best of my knowledge, you pronounce Rouroni
rou (as in rude) and roni (as in macaroni).

2. the girl (fellow slave) said spoke before she was stabbed in the throat

3. all indications point to Kenshin and Tomoe being ah... err... intimate during the 4th episode (but it was handled in an artistic and conservative manner)
