More discussion of ending, and whatnot...

Alright - I just finished KareKano the other day, and I must say I was very impressed with the series overall. Definately my favourite for this month :D

Anyways, I noticed there has already been some discussion of what some call a 'half-hearted' ending. I myself quite enjoyed the ending (at least a lot more than Gainax's other offering - NGE), despite it not being entirely conclusive (in fact opening up entirely new relations between Sakura and Tonami).

Does anyone know at what point the series goes up to in manga volumes? I'm curious to figure out what happens next.
I'm guessing (-don't tell me if you know though-) that Arima is going to mentally crack, as he was getting a little crazy near the end of the series.

I've said this in some of the other threads, but i'll repeat myself since it doesn't hurt. The anime series ends 3/4th into the eight manga. The manga itself is up to volume 12 and rumor had it some time back that the anime might be continued when the manga hits #14.

Come on raymojo... i know you want to know what happens next story wise after the anime. ;)

:lol: I do, but I don't want it to be spoiled. I've heard that the manga has been licensed anyways. So I guess I'll just have to wait it out... unfortunately :bawling:

iwakura - I've been doing some research about the show just earlier today, and the eps 24&25 were not in the manga (the ones about Kano, and her stalker :naughty: )
