Really though, with last year, I got a taste of what awas going on, but now, I wish to experience almost everything as possible... Okay, I know the boards and the conventions shops are always open, but I gott figure out how I can try to take in everything. Like the Midnight run or was it "anime hell"? I forget the name of that. Anyway, I wish to ask how I can do everything from when it opens to the closing time without losing that much energy... I unfounatly live an hour away from where the convention is being held and also with appoximetly only 4 to 6 hours of sleep at home, I will need some assistance there... Should I try Stimulants? Or should I just get by, by sticking needles in my head? :heh: Oh Frank I could really use your help now...

So again I ask the question, How can I utilize my time to the highest potential at the AC con? Sleep is not an option either and I don't care how I feel on Monday... I just wanna get as much in as possible, from the interveiws to the shopping, to the karoke...

1. Its called Anime Hell... and If you want to watch the horrible anime shows that they intentionally show, be my guest.

Evanston is not an hour away... if your driving under the speed limit it is... but if you don't live in the middle of Evanston or on the East Border I guess its about an hour. :dodgy:

If its such an issue spending time doing as much as possible its simple... get a room. As for using stimulants... go for it... however be aware of the side effects... such as being so tired on the last day you WON'T be able to enjoy yourself.

How do you use your time? Use it as you will... theres a reason why they give out a program... while IT IS NOT POSSIBLE to see EVERYTHING there is... many of the Main Events are scheduled about so that there are not too many schedule conflicts. So when you go to ACEN make sure to use that handy little schedule to your advantage... and go to the offered events that are within your own personal taste.

It's true of any con, and not just ACen, that it's really impossible to see just about everything, at least not without losing sleep and/or sanity.

At conventions, what I would recommend is check out the web site, see the major event descriptions (like Otaku Big Date, Music Video Contest, Masquerade) and see which ones you want to go to. Then, at the con, check out the program books and schedules and prioritize. For example, if it's absolutely necessary that you get to Akamatsu's panel, then make sure you block out time to go to it. If you have 5 or more things you wan tto go to that aren't major events, go to the first 3 on your list and try to catch 10-15 minutes of the others.

And after events stop, there's always parties and the social life as well, so don't forget those. ;)

Keep your eyes peeled on the website because a preliminary programming schedule will probably be posted in the near future. :)

Well I have no idea what I want to see though… :heh:

Cloaky… I don't need you to say that sort of stuff… I was taking into account traffic and all other obsticles that might occur in the path of the drive… Unless you want to drive me instead… :D
