Hmm.. im trying to get as good as I can.. anyone got any ideas on good things o practice. Sometimes I just sit around drawing a page of eyes, or hands, or feet. I have been trying to always draw diverse positions. Hmm.. anything else you guys can think of?

Personally I believe it also helps looking at art. You need to practise drawing hands, look how someone else draws hands - it'd create a very nice starting point.

Uh huh, I agree with what Nulani just said.
Try to copy arts made by a pro or very good artist and focus how they do the eyes, hands and further details etc. Once you're finished compare your work with the original and looks what you've done wrong or which part look akward or somethin' and try to correct it. After alot of practise you can draw anime character without using examples.
It really helps in my opinion.......it's a very good way to start with the whole drawing thing.;)

Folds in the clothing are the hardest for me to draw. Some hairstyles are also tricky to draw. You gotta make sure the movement is all right, and that the hair looks even everywhere.

hmmm...go stare at the -awesome- art at the Oekaki circle: http://oekaki.meo24.org/
...XD I think its the best english oekaki out there ^^;; hmm... other then that..^^;; study famous artists and those that have a particular style you like - dun imitate, but you can 'recycle' some features from their art to your style to make a unique style for yourself ^^
