Well, I just saw the second DVD to Sorceror Hunters...very interesting...who else had seen it?

i have! SH is very great, the first season is pretty boring but spell wars: sorcerer hunters revenge is pretty awesome

Very cool man, Sorcerer Hunters is a great series(from what I 've seen so far). I've read the first five manga and watch the first couple of anime episodes. I'm really stating to get into this sereis.

It's a shame that this series isn't more well known and talked about more. It's a real cool sereis that needs to get some more reconignition.

I've only seen 5 episodes and all of them are wicked!
Carrot's almost as perverted as Maze is... (Go figure)

Of course one of the main reasons I watch it is because of Chocolate and Tira. They're just to cute!

It is great indeed! I mean Carrot is a great character in all, but he's too wild....chasing after girls...yeesh...I mean he has Chocolate with him...what's wrong with Chocolate? ;)

I really like this anime. I've seen both versions in subtitles and dubbed, and I've read all of the manga that's been published in English...I guess that would classify me as a fan. ;)

My favorite character has to be Carrot (aka Darling). Which says a lot, since I usually pick androgynous pretty boys like Marron and Milphey.

I only had one gripe about the TV series. Milphey!!! He's not supposed to be so serious. Where's the touchy-feely-likes-to-sexually-harrass-Carrot-cross-dressing-Haz-knight from the manga? :( I hear he's like that in the OVA, but I haven't seen it...yet. :D

Tira is adorable when she gets all flustered about Carrot. And Chocolate's just scary. ;)

Does any one know how many total manga there are ? So far I've seen eight have been published. Volume nine is supposed to come out this month and ten is supposed to come out in May. So that says there are at least ten manga.. but are there even more then that?

Tira, Dota and Chocolate are all cute but some prefer others more.
I like Chocolate better when she's transformed into the biker babe girl. She's just so cool when she uses that wire thread thing.
( I have no clue what it's called. It kinda looks like dental floss)

I like Dota better when she says how cute she is. ( she isn't wrong about that!)

And Tira I like in both forms! She's cooler with the whip but she's cuter with the sun glasses. :p

oh! oh! I love this series! I've only seen the first 3 tapes because the friend I'm borrowing from won't buy the next ones, but it's GREAT!!! Have you guys heard of Sorcerer on the Rocks? It's a bout a bounty hunter set in the same world as Sorcerer Hunters. It's almost funnier than the origional series

i saw spellwars first tho and then went back and watched the first 14 episodes and Zaha's and Gataeu's voices sucked

And BK, the whole series is full of nothing but S+M, bondage and a few other types of pornagraphic referencesl :rolleyes:.

Spell Wars is a title they tacked on to the second season. There is also an OVA, which I haven't seen...yet.

No, the whole TV series (26 eps.) is Sorceror Hunters and Spell Wars combined. I think ADV thought it would be cool to market the series that way. Since the episodes after 14 seemed to have a different plot focus...correction, that's when the plot actually set in :heh:; hence the special title.

I have one Vhs of Spell Wars and a dvd of Sorcerer Hunters. I couldn't stop laughing watching how Carrot keeps chasing all those women. I don't see why tho after all with a women like Chocolate :liplick:

The anime is good but I still say the manga is much better :) ;).


Carrot is a funny when he does that but I think it's even funnier when Chocolate and Tira catch him. Poor, poor Carrot he gets so abused :rolleyes::lol:.

May I ask what's wrong with Chocolate and Tira? How come carrot see nothing in 'em? ;) Poor Chocolate..I wonder if she'll have Carrot in her claws soon...

What's wrong with Tira and Chocolate? How about this? They may not be blood relatives but he did grow up with them living in his house. In the manga, in a flashback, he even refers to Chocolate as a "sister" at one point.

So to him, it may seem like an incest thing, because they're so much a part of his family.

But it also could be because they have the ability to turn into S&M queens who beat him down with glee. That's not always a fun thing to go through.

As for comments about Marron and Gateau--I just don't see it. Gateau obviously likes Marron but whenever he hits on him the only response he ever gets is Marron sweatdropping then turning away. If Marron was in love with anyone, it'd be Carrot. >.o His loyalty to Carrot borders on what my friend refers to as "Obessive Younger Sibling Complex"--see for example Suboshi, Nanami, etc.... I think Marron doesn't really have a love interest, myself.

Sorcerer Hunters is such a great series. I wish they'd hurry up and put out the next manga....grr....
