I'm waiting for the Graphic Novel to come out, which my local Borders Books will get, which I can sit and read in the store.

Don't you just love these little loopholes?
So, is it any good? I found a manga book with this (http://www.kashue.com/lodoss/img/mangadl/is01.jpg) cover in a local store carrying a pleasantly small price tag and am considering buying it. My main concenr is wether it's the start of a long story, or an independent graphic novel thingy, as I wouldn't want to get addicted to something as hard to find as manga in Finland. :)
*EDIT*
Oh, just noticed the No. 1 thing in the upper left corner... Well anyway, is it a good buy on it's own, or should I be getting more to enjoy it fully? Also, how long a series is it?
I would really appreciate if someone would answer me on this. The money is burning a hole in my pocket!

I was high on Lodoss War and went on a shopping rampage with the mangas (bought almost all of them).. I read deedlit's tale but didn't like it that much.. i believe there are 7 volumes (1 book)... it introduces a new character who stands between parn and deedlit. i found it rushed and not that well thought out. maybe other people like it but not me.
