TV or OEM boxset?

I already have the TV box set and it is 4 DVDs, but this one sounds the same, but has different artwork and is less than half the price.
I bought my boxset at Best Buy. Anyhow, if anyone knows the difference please let me know. Thanks in advance.
Maybe this will save someone else a few dollars if it is the same as the boxset that I have.

The boxset in the link is for the Record of Lodoss War TV series.., but it's a Hong Kong edition..., & probably a pirate edition too..., which may mean that the subtitles are ropey as hell...,
If you already have it on DVD, then there's not really any point in getting this set....,

I looked at some of the other auctions and it looks like the U.S. Manga version is out of print for the OVA series and is going to run me $50 or more most likely. No wonder I couldn't find it in the stores anywhere :)

I personally prefered the OAV for it's animation and quality, but the TV series is longer and stays more true to the story

I heard the OVA boxset is going to be released here, if it hasn't already been released.

I think in Amazon.com it gives the estimated release date.

The VHS are out of print, yes, but that matters little to me since I own them all, BWAHHAAAAA. I also own all the TV series.

Glad to hear the OVA boxset is scheduled for rerelease. The one on Ebay is up past $75 so it looks like I will never see these unless they rerelease them. Thanks for the info!

Well, like I said, I just don't know. It could already be out, it could not. I'm not sure. I live in the US, so it would be the Region 1 DVD.

I haven't followed the DVD release though because I already have the VHS tapes.

With so many other Anime that I'm collecting as they come out, I wouldn't be looking to buy Lodoss OVA on DVD, as much as I love, for a long time, like, say when my VHS tapes begin to die.

What kind of extra's does it have on it?

I read that the Chronicles one has a nice "history of Lodoss" thing in it.

Unfortunately, I only have the OAV on DVD. It comes in a boxed set w/ a Making of Record of Lodoss War documentary.
