I've been watching it on Cartoon Network and I like it so far. Is it on DVD?? If so, are there any extras on it?

Yep. It's on DVD right now. There's alots of extras on it. I have to get back to you one that later.
I was in Sam Goody last night (anime shopping of course) and they were loaded with Yu Yu stufff.
I'm not really a fan of the series, and i'm sorta confused as to why retailers are buying into it so much /shrug. Good ol Cartoon Network I guess.
On the plus side, they had all the Tenchi Movies, Love Hina vol 2, and all the Rurouni Kenshin you could shake a stick at :D Overall, i'd have to say im impressed with my Local Sam Goody (Suncoast).

well suncoast and some other retailers buys everything becuase the anime market is getting bigger everyday, they didnt get YYH just becuase it was on CN. theres so much anime retailers get, you are bound to stumble onto crappy anime once in a while

i just watched the YYH dvd's last weekend (ive had them for 2 weeks, why i held off on watching them, i dont know), and im surprised how Funimation kept the original script as close as possible (i said as close as possible because some stuff needs to be changed to match the lip flaps)

I bought the first two DVD's a couple of weeks ago and they are really good. Funimation has improved quite a bit sense the first DBZ discs. Steve Simmons is doing the sub so you know the series is in good hands. Extras! These discs attually have some honest to goodness extras. They are pretty good to boot!
