You should get the boogiepop phantom artbook because it just simply rocks! Kouji Ogata is simply awesome! He can draw anything, everything and in just about any style! Anyhoo, I've also ran across some manga looking panels on his artbook and thought, "could there be a boogiepop phantom manga out there?"

Lo and behold, there IS a boogiepop phantom manga and so far, this is the only page i've seen on the net that has info on them...

http://megaten.net/boogiepop/other/manga.html

now, what i noticed about the manga is that there are two boogiepops yet again except its the main character from the animated series and a guy. ^_^ cute huh?

Anyhoo, this image does not come with the artbook where i have both of them clothed with the regular boogiepop costume but here's a little picture i found off the internet featuring the two of them in regular clothes.

I can't find the manga sold anywhere so well, any additional information about the manga and what it covers and the differences from the manga will be appreciated.

knew there were manga... don't know any more information on it other than that. i do believe i had found a place to order them from online, but i don't recall where it was, as the manga would be my last addition to the Boogiepop collection.

that manga of yours sure is uh'... different nai,....

nice and chocked full of yuri,...
some of the stronger elements of the show seem to be still intact though,... there is an insane amount of talking and you still cant tell who is who,...

*scratches head wondering if that was boogiepop having sex with that other girl*,....
*shrugs*,..

another classic nairohe pick, wholesome fun for the whole familly,... well at least it was lesbian action this time and not *shivers* ping pong club,.... your tastes are improving nai. ;)

There are two Boogiepop manga: Boogiepop Doesn't Laugh (a manga adaptation of the first novel) and Boogiepop Dual (which features this time a male Boogiepop).

In Boogiepop Doesn't Laugh Boogiepop faces the Manticore, while I don't know what happens in Boogiepop Dual. All I know is that it features the Boogiepop personality inside a male body and is supposed to like an alternate reality thing or something like that.
