The petition scripts were designed by one of the pricipal people for an outfit called Artifice, Inc. If you go to their website, you will see that their website is in two languages, English and - you guessed it - Japanese.

Either this petition is a gag or these two guys have some serious self loathing problems. Oh, well. I think I've spent enough time on this.

You are a horribly confused, racist excuse for a "resonsible Christian" (as you call yourself on your petition). You obviously aren't very smart, and you only have a small handful of 55 signatures from crazed fanatics like yourself.

You are not mature enough to appreciate another culture or even take it seriously. Now, regarding your horribly inaccurate reviews of 2 of the most beloved anime serieses of all time:

Oh! My Goddess! (AKA Aa! Megami-sama):
At the start of the series, Belldandy (the lead female character)
is 21 years old (or maybe older), and Keiichi (the lead male
character) is also 21 years old, and hence could not be an "older
man". The wish he made was not perverted in any way, and
Belldandy and Keiichi both fall in love. And it turns out that if
you had watched the entire series (instead of just fast
forwarding through it to try to find dirt) you learn that they had
been childhood friends. The VERY FEW kiss scenes between
them are not forced in any way, and if I remember correctly,
Belldandy kissed Keiichi, and not the other way around,
because he's too shy. On the final episode, she was nude for
a matter of seconds, but it was a vital part of the storyline (for
her preparation to return to heaven) and it was not in poor
taste either. This story does not depict any sort of physical
love (kissing doesn't count), and the love between the two is
genuine. As genuine as your hate.

Love Hina
This series is agreeably a little bit racey, but not so much as
to make it separate from the rest of anime. This is not viewed
as pornography by Asian culture, and all but the most
conservative cultures would not find it as disgusting as you do.
Even so, Love Hina is not disgusting or pedophilic. And if you
watched it, it is obviously a romantic comedy, and not a porno
series. The only nudity there is in the entire series consists
of a few seconds, and it is minor. If given a rating, Love Hina
would get no more than PG-13 (or NC-17 if really conservative
censors rated it).

Not all anime is bad, like you think it is. You should direct your
blind hatred elsewhere before you make a lot of enemies. In the
same way, not all Christians are bad, but I think you are. As part
of a community of people who enjoys decent entertainment, I
would like to tell you that anime as a whole is not half as dirty as your perverted mind.

I could see how it wouldn't be funny to some people, but I think he was going for the more subtle satirical view of the whole thing. I mean, his letter wasn't meant to bring out barrels of laughter, but just to make people chuckle to themselves at the narrow-minded views he presented.
