Video game maybe? I never recall seeing Asuka in a blue one peice suit in the series.

I believe its from one of the Evangelion video games, either Girlfriend of Steel, or 2nd Impression.

Well, I'm a cel collector and it looks like a production cel to me (you can also see the sketch behind it). It was in the cels section on Yahoo Japan. Just wondered if anyone knew for sure where it was from.

Think there was one for the saturn, N64 and PSX. Umm there is one for the PC Girlfriend of Steel but it is like 170 bucks or something.

Now that's something you don't see every day. Next you'll get us a pic of Rei in red. Nah. Probably it's a sketch pic and they discarted it cause Asuka would NEVER dress in blue.

Looks nice though... Was most of Eva done on cel? I'd love to own one if so. Anyone have any good sources to find production cels?

Eva cels tend to be very rare and expensive, the series was done with cels (vs cg) but the cels were never officially released. I do actually have a production cel of asuka- here:

I don't mind if you use the image for your desktop wallpaper, but please don't use it for anything else (no auctions, your website, etc).

Occasionally production cels show up on ebay or yahoo japan.
