Parn vs Spark

This is a silly question but who do you think is better? All I can say is....

This is really an unfair question considering the age difference between them. By the time Spark was a knight in training in Flaim, Parn had garnered 15 years of raw experience, which included constant training, numerous battles, and participation in two wars.

Parn, as he is near the end of the TV series, is almost as good as King Kashue and Ashram, which is damn good. He'd take Spark out easily.

But on the other hand, if we compare Spark in the TV series to Parn at the beginning of the OVA, then Spark has the advantage because Spark has at least had some years of experience as a Knight in Training, while Parn basically just picked up his fathers sword and tried to become a knight.
