Today I was talking to someone who thought that they had seen an episode of NGE where Shinji had to where Asuka's plug suit for some kinda reason (personally, I honestly can't imagine why...) but this person thought that it was really funny, seeing this kid having to wear a girl's suit of course-with the bonus of having the unwanted, extra moulded spaces for a female pilot's mammories!
Anyway, will someone here please confirm for me that this event never happened?!
(I'm pretty sure myself that it didn't happen, but I have been known to miss things in the past...hopefully this isn't one of them...'cos it never happened right? )

Yep Shinji had to wear the red plugsuit, Check episode 8 for it
What's up with your memory Booty? Shinji practically spent a quarter of the epsidoe in Asuka's spare suit and was made the but of one or two jokes. Episode 8 I believe it is, when Asuka first appears.

I made a plugsuit and cosplayed as asuka last year- I have a friend who is smaller than me with short, dark hair. I tried to get him to cosplay in my plugsuit as Shinji in Asuka's outfit.... would have been hillarious and I'm sure he would have won a prize...of course he wouldn't do it.
what'd you make the plugsuit out of?

Course it doesn't make any sense why he as to pilot it with the suit as he does it several times in his normal clothes.

Have to look back at the ep and see if it form fits the chest area or not on him. If it doesn't then i have a feeling it should have been a very painful experience for shinji. Or maybe he has retractable anatomy :lol:
