i am seriously thinking about geting this series on DVD in July and i keep getting mixed messages about it. so should i get it or not?

Quoting my late, Great Grandfather, I say "fuggitaboudit"! Gasaraki wishes that it was Evangelion and Gundam but the other two series do it way better. Not to mention that the combat is phoney and the dictator of Belgistan sounds like Fat Bastard. But if you're dieing to check it out, buy a video; it's cheaper.

Well, i have the quite opposite opinion from Sergeant Wittman here...i really like the series. ^_^
I like the characters and story and i've felt that i just wanted to watch more and more after each episode...
Sure, it can be quite complicated at times, but i love those kinds of shows so i just think it adds to the shows good features.

Well, Harbinger, if you should or shouldn't buy it is of course up to you.....but you should. ;)
That's my opinion at least.^^ My boyfriend owns the series on DVD and i'm sure he has never regretted buying them..in fact, i think he's proud that he owns them.^^
But anyhoo, if you like good stories, which are a bit complicated at times, and good action as well as good characters..then, you should buy it i guess. ^_^

It's worth your time... but I suppose my even coming into this forum to see this thread makes my opinion that way...

Really though, it's pretty good. Especially if you like in-depth stories
