Well, this show was aired on tv and I watched all the episodes mixed up, so I never understood one thing:

What was the objective of the grand master in sending Taikun in that soul-hunting mission?, because if I remember right, it was all a hoax after all. Why did the master use Dahi or Daji, what was his objective with her?. And laslty, did Emperor Chou cheat his wife? I mean when Daji/Dahi appeared, he just locked the queen in the bowels of the castle?

I have the subbed verison on dvd... I haven't seen it all yet so I don't really know about the first questions... but it was pretty evident that Emperor Chou was cheating on his wife with Dakki *thats her name in the jap verison* due to her mind control there... I found it quite sad because they were obviously very happy in the beginning evident from the flash backs oh his sons and them eating together and stuff.... I absolutely hate that woman *dakki*... anyways thats what I got out of it... when I watch more maybe I can answer the other questions

I'm pretty sure Dakki was there just to...oh I cant remember. I'm going to rewatch the series soo though. But Youzen was sent to kill Taikobou mainly.

the I-channel is showing it dubbed. for the most part, i don't find the dub to annoying except for the hippopotmus and the swan. especially the swan. i want to wrangle the swan's neck everytime it speaks. fortunately, it hasn't been on screen a lot. let's hope that continues.

for your second question, the I-channel is showing the episodes in order. AchtungAffen must be just watching them out of order.

Dakki is in fact a puppet sent by Mount Kunruun. Genshitensen Sama is controlling Dakki, and the Houshin project is in fact just helping her. Yes, Emperor Chou did most likely sleep with Dakki, BUT emporers had multipule wives back then. Kyohi was merely his main wife.

After Dakki shows up, she pretty much takes Kyohi's place, until the Empress is killed.

Yeah, the Houshin project was used to eliminate all the good Immortals on earth, so it would be easier to take over (I think).
