The Stone Turning Wheel???

Can someone explain to me what that is???
I know it's probably some Japanese thing, but I'm lost.

Well, they said it was a "weather wheel" and it predicts the weather or something. Other than that I have no idea though.

It's a weather wheel, but they didn't go into it much so I figured it has nothing to do with the story, but it's just something they added because it's a part of their culture.

I find it curious that this device that predicts the weather is made of stone, contradictory to the very element of the weather, wind, which is interesting.

It may have some symbolism with Yushiro's little sister (I forget her name), but if so, I have no idea what.

Its's (Forgive the pun) the 'rock' in her life at the start of the story. That it had always been in her memory as something that realated to Yushiro. It keeps her opeing for his return.

I have only seen yup to tape 6 (Getting 7 tonite) so this might be inacuurate. But thats how i see it.
