parental issues

I need to know whether or not Lantis and Zagato's parents were ever mentioned in the Manga or Anime, as I am yet to revcieve my first Manga volume, and my friend seems to have lost her MKR tape collection ~_~ so Anime is out too.
I need the info for a fic I wanna write, so please help. I'll credit! honest!

As far as I can recall, the parents of Lantis and Zagato are never mentioned in either the Anime or Manga. The only family information received is that they are brothers.
