AnC questions (spoilers)

Hi! I just finished watching Ayashi no Ceres. *But* the people that subbed it obviously didn't know english very well ^^;;. They'd say things like: 'You headache me. You are cheating! Disgusting!' Which from what I gather is suppose to mean: 'You give me a headache. You're lying! Dammit!' Sooo, I got a bit confused here and there (not to mention that Aya was called 'little fairy', Yuuhi was 'Hung Fei', and many more humorous names). That's why I have a few questions just to confirm that I understood everything *right*. Please help out someone! Here they are:

-What exactly is the mummy, what is its purpose, and why does the grandpa have it?
-Why can Chidori change into a tennyo at her free will and why doesn't she turn into a different person when she does this?
-What exactly was Kagami's purpose for having the hagoromo and how did he get it?
-What exactly is the C project?
-Why did Ceres specifically call that girl (the one that liked Tooya) Ceres? How can Ceres be in two people at once?
-How specifically was Tooya born and why does he only have a few years to live?
-Anything else I might have missed...

1) Damnit, I don't remember well, I have to watch the series again, but my cd-player died months ago. ><
2) Chidori is special, for some reason, she can change at will.
Also, the only to 'change personality' while turning into a Ceres is Aya, because the real Ceres fully re-incarnated in her. The other girls with Tennyo blood have only a tiny part of Ceres.... Like, they turn into a fairy-kind with special powers like Ceres (that they call Tennyo), but not into Ceres herself.
3) Kagami...? Well, okie... Hundreds of years ago... He loved Ceres deeply, and was devored by his possessive obsession. He didn't wanted her to _ever_ leave him, and the only way was to keep the Haragomo from her, as that was weakening her powers. And he became selfish and self-centered, having some of the Haragomo power in him.
4) The C project was experiments on the girls with Tennyo blood. I don't recall everything, but... I know they had found many many girls that could transform into Tennyo and they all put them into a center, where they were always in Tennyo form and they were like supporting each other... Surely they made researches on them all to know Ceres better... I don't remember actually. ><
5) When the girls transform into Tennyo, they transform into Ceres....... Like, Ceres is the one who gave them that Tennyo blood, from descendance, right? So they transform into the appearance of Ceres... So they transform into Ceres... But they aren't Ceres like Aya is, because Ceres re-incarnated into Aya only, ya know? Hah, I don't even know my own point, gotta watch that series again..........
6) The Haragomo was thrown in the sea by Kagami, right? Well after all this time... The Haragomo created a life; which is Touya. So, since he doesn't have the haragomo anymore at the end of the series, he lost his life source, so he'll just use all of his remaining power until he dies. *sniffsniff*
