O.K, I'm a little confused here.

Rally : That's Nuts. Why would he take off if he knew he wouldn't be charged?

Well of course he'd have to run, he broke his parole agreements

But Rally said this when they were talking about finding out that Washington's Place was clean of Drugs. O.K. When she arrested Washington she said that he is going to be arrested for "Jail Break and Illegal Weapons".

Now why would the Cops be suspecting him of doing drugs when Rally and May arrested him for Jail Break and Illegal weapons. Now I'm guessing that it was just a translation error, but why was Washington arrested for the wrong thing???

Well the illegal weapons is easy enougth. The shotty he had. As for jail break... Who knows .

Well bounty hunters get claims on people whom are fugitives, thus to find them people put bounties on them and the namesake comes there. The illegal weapon charage was probably because Washington had a shotgun and of course they saw it. I belive it is illegal to have a shot gun in Chicago without a class 2 licence, which we knew Washington didn't have since all criminals are barred from using any type of gun… I doubt they knew about the drugs though...

Washington got done for the shotgun and also for breaking out of jail. He broke out to sell guns to post his bail money. I honestly don't know why he'd do this because he had already broken out... Unless he was on parole and breached the conditions of his parole. Anyway US laws are weird.

Washington is probably a convicted felon. Any felon that is caught with firearms in the USA is a crime and they will burn you in hell for it. In other words if at any time a person was convicted of a felon offense that person cannot purchase or own a firearm ever (illegal firearms possession).

On the drug thing, typical LEO harassment. DA will put as much charge on a person as possible only latter to drop most of them.

BTW if the police ever arrest you, don’t say a word to them. Keep your mouth shut even in interrogation. The only thing that comes out of your mouth when you are being interrogated is asking for a lawyer. Let your lawyer do the talking.

Of course I doubt any anime director would know US law.

I don't know why you so afraid of something like that. It just make me wonder :rolleyes:. Do you think that being naive will protect you from the police? You ever wonder why criminal are so dumb? The reason for this is that they don’t know the law. It doesn’t matter if you’re guilty or not, the police job is to prove to the jury that you are guilty. That is their job and they do it very well because I have a few friends that are police officers. The point is the more you talk the more chance they will find you guilty even if you’re innocent. Every word will be use against you, I can assure you of that.

Yeah if your Guilty, then Shut up, but sometimes you have to talk. Like if they will downgrade your charge if you tell them who's really in charge. But if your innocent and you tell them things then how can they make you guilty??? If you are truly innocent and you squeal to the cops and that proves that you are innocent then talk as much as you like. If you’re guilty, then go ahead, and shut the F up. But if you’re innocent, then the more you whistle, the more you are heard.

There are a lot of innocent but stupid people that are in jail right now because they just don’t know the law. They just talk to damn much for their own good. Some of these innocent people are in death roll because of there stupidly.

A cop job is not to judge or jury. They are there to find facts and present them to judge and jury. If you’re innocent but said something that related to crime that only the criminal would know just by pure coincidence. You now become the prime suspect.

Cops are human and they do make mistake from time to time.
