Hiei and Emperor Pilaf?!?

Is it just me or does the va for Emperor Pilaf from dragon ball sound a whole lot like Hiei? I'm not sure if Chuck Huber va for him or not but damn! Emperor Pilar sounds like as if somebody hit Hiei in the balls..........please someone answer my question!:eek:

Yup, Chuck Huber does the voice for both Hiei and Emporer Pilaf.

Well they're both US dubbed by Funimation, the same company that dubs DB and DBZ.
