Rally's Bullet Proof Heart.

Why is Rally's Heart Bullet Proof? Why is it that Rally only seems to care about work related items? She seems to shut away any type of social life. She doesn’t Date, she orders Take Away and she only has fun when it comes to something to do with Guns. You see, I think it's because of her Father. She looked up to her father, and wanted to be just like him. And when he "left", it was almost like she didn't want to get close to anyone, anymore. Why is Rally's Heart Bullet Proof? I think it's because she afraid to get close to anyone. She just doesn't want to get hurt. And under that Tough Exterior, she just a Fragile Woman.

Even though she might be 19, she looks like she's about 22-24.
But then again it's anime, where age is based on the character's hight. Yes May is an exception, but how many Anime's with teenagers in it are as developed as a full adult.
