I think Rally is one of the few People in the world who actually enjoys having Burglars break into her house. It's almost like she's a Saddest. No matter how many Guns I had in the house, or how good I was at shooting, I still wouldn't want them in there.

Now with Bounty Hunters, Can they actually kill someone and get away with it, if it was part of their Job or would they go to Jail. Or do bounty Hunter have Immunity from the Bounty's that they are chasing???

Nope, you never see Rally aiming for the head... Even though she gets in sticky situations, she is like anyone else when it comes to killing, Everyone's accountalbe...
