The A.T.F bugging Rally's House

Now Bill Collins and the A.T.F bugged Rally's House right. But why did they do it??? All that Rally and May were doing was discussing the Job. Now bugging the Computer was a Good Idea but the 2nd time around when they were bugging her house they had a deal that they would stop. Do you think Bill was a bit of a Perv or did he really think that Rally could actually know something that the A.T.F couldn’t?

And with them bugging the computer, if Rally found out that they bugged Rally's home, then wouldn't she have figured out that her work might be bugged too? Not checking to see if the computer was bugged made it easy for the A.T.F

Well Bill had intuition seeing that he figued out that the leaks came from within the ATF... Rally was the only alteritive he could use seeing how she was a bounty hunter, she had to have seperate and/or better sources than the ATF...

Also Rally and May caught and later humiliated Bill so I guess they thought that they got him at his own game...
