Something strange about Van...

What's with all the feathers that fall around Van whenever he sprouts his little wings? How can he afford to lose so many feathers? Maybe they grow back instantly after he loses them.

Of course we al know that Van is part Draconian so the wings are there... I would guess that maybe it is because once the wings come out, the feathers fall apart therefors the wing eventually disappears... So everytime he releases his wings, new ones appear instad of the old ones... This is just a guess of mine, if this isn't true, then I have no idea of how he gets his wings back into his body...

Yah, I think the feathers fall cause it makes them more beautiful and adds a dramatic affect to the scene. I think that the feathers are his, but since he is magic that they regenerate automatically and they just fall around him for a while when they first come out, If you noticed they only hang around for a few minutes and even if the wings are still out, they don't shower everything with feathers. Just that first burst as the wings come out. Watch it, (folken shows a better example than Van cause his wings are out longer)

The wing's constant ripping of shirts of their owner is bound to have an effect on them. The Draconians evolved massive feather-producing wings to make sure some feathers were left over for post shirt-rip flight.
