Dance of Gasara

Why does the Dance of Gasara have to be performed in a certain place? Why can't it just be done anywhere? What conditions have to be met for the dance to take place???

Well it seems that certain areas, like the stage of stone and the Belgistinian ruins for example, due to some reason (magnetic forces perhaps?) enhance the ability of a kai to conduct a summoning. I think it can be done anywhere, as they did do it at some unimportant places, however it probably doesn't have the same effect as an area like the stage of stone. I think they may say something about it when Gowa are doing test at the Belgistan place in episode 4.
