No, not who'd you wish to see in a firefight (or melee :D), but your prefered weapon matchups when fighting certain enemies.

Flood: Shotgun/Assult Rifle
Hunters: Rocket Launcher/Pistol +Grenades
Elite: Plasma Rifle/Assult Rifle (Spec Ops: Plasma Rifle/Rocket Launcher +Grenades)
Grunts: Pistol/Assult Rifle Melee
Jackels: Plasma Pistol/Pistol + Grenades
Weapon Set I'd Gladly Give Up Everything Else For (WSIGGUEEF):
Sniper Rifle (inf. ammo)/Plasma Rifle (inf. charge)
