Initial D Extra stage

Just a quick question

Is Initial D Extra Stage that bad as what Ive been hearing? Should I bother with it or not?

I like Initial d. but I thought that the extra stage was just ok. If you dont watch it then you wont be missing much besides one race and Mako naked in the shower. I own it and dont regret buying it but it is definetly the least exciting stage

I'd get it if i bought anime. It does have story too it worth seeing. Just not to much of takumi to my recolection.

yeah..its mostly about the two girls ..and also serves as kind of a " inbetweener" episode ..where 1stage ends and 2nd stage kinda starts off ...

but yeah..its really about the two girls....if you want more of takumi get the 3rd stage movie..

loots of races and drifting tid bits...yumm ^.^

Ill get Third Stage when I get money from my friend from a bet we made, on the note of Third Stage. Does anyone have that special edition boxset of it? I saw that im my local anime shop its two DVDs i think. So does anyone know whats on the second DVD? Heres a pic of it

I havnt watched it for a long time but I thought that it was what the girls were doing for the entire 2nd stage

Well I watched first part of Extra Stage, well its great to see Mako and Sayuki again with their Sil80 but well the battle against the Emperors was kinda boring, they just finished him off at the C-121.

Hope the second half is better

Anyway that image of Third Stage boxset, I just purchased that, Ill watch Third Stage when I get time. I found out the second DVD is like a Making of

I still think the extra stage was worth the watch. It also touches on some story between mako and whoever from the red suns. I'm just a sucker for dysfuctional relationships.

i have it and its fantastic!! i loved it soo much!!! i have the version with 2cds.. you can put them together and make HACHI ROKU! lol '86. i got all the episodes of initial d and i have all the soundtracks too! the music is really really good! well.. at least i like it. i got it in hk so its in hk.. so.. sorrie i don't know his name.

Eh doesnt matter about his name, the site I gave up on it I really couldnt be bothered making big sites.

He wanted Mako to stop racing and be with him and such but she said something about wanting to be better or something, I forget.

Yeah the SilEighty is my favorite car in the series and same with the girls but in the game my car is the Levin 86 grey and black.

wouldn't it be fun to actually have races like that?! i'd soo definatly go to japan and buy a car and work on it like the sil80 girls did!
i saw picts on the net of people trying to do initial d things before... they were soooo funnie!!!! some guy tried the gutter thing (you know.. 86 used the gutter things to make his car faster) and his car was stuck! the gutter was really deep too.. sooo funnie. too bad i couldn't find it again :look:

No one looks good in Initial D, in Third Stage Ryosuke looks alright.
