SPOILERS:
After Sess. meets that little girl, and after she starts following her, I think he stopped being evil. It kind of dissapoints me, because he was one of the better Anime villians (almost on par with Vicious), the kind that is emotionless and without fear.
But it isn't so bad. The little girl tagging alone is cute. And I no longer hate Jaken (that imp of an assistant).
They need to make a new villian to replace Sess.

Why replace him? Naraku is the true main villan anyways, and he's one damned good villan, I might add.
Hehe, I love having Jakken around so that Sesshoumaru can use him as a floor mat and slash him with the Tenseiga. Those moments are hilarious.
Yeah, Sesshoumaru in later episodes is totally different from the "If this plan doesn't work, I'll kill you" guy in the beginning. I suppose Takahashi either decided he's "evolved into a nicer person" for some reason, or decided to totally change his personality mid-series like she did with Akane and Kasumi in Ranma½ for example.

It's possible he simply changed after spending some time with the girl. It's not the first time a villain changed sides.
As far as replacement, well, not really necessary. They have Naraku, and then there's that Koga guy, the leader of the Wolf Demon Clan.
There's also this new villain who will be in the movie, though I doubt we'll see him anywhere beyond the movie.
heh.... i like sess, but i just hate that little toad of his. i think he has been holding out his battles with InuYasha tho...
movie, robotech? going to be on adult swim?

It's being released in Japan soon. Some tidbits about the theatrical feature are in the latest NewType USA magazine. All that is known is that the movie will take place between certain episodes in the series, and will see Inu Yasha fight Monumoru (don't know if I spelled that right), the leader of a cult of Chinese Demons. He apparently has a connection to Inu Yasha's father, and the Tree Inu Yasha was pinned to at the beginning also plays an important role in the movie.
I wouldn't expect the movie to be dubbed and released in America until the Series reaches Episode 80 in the States. Right now we're at 21 or so. Once that happens, expect it to be released on DVD first, then to be shown on Adult Swim, kind of like Char's Counterattack.
okay, it is like 21-22 sat isn't it? i might miss it :(.

Actually, Robotech, you're thinking of the first movie, "Feelings That Transcend Time," which aired in Japan last year. This year is the second movie (don't remember the title, or the gist of it, since no one's translated the movie previews). The first movie (December 2001/January 2002) had Inuyasha fighting Menoumaru, a Chinese moth-demon, which appears to be filler. It also seems to fall right around episode 55 or 56 of the anime (judging from events in the movie and events in the later portions of the anime). ^_^
I really need to get both movies on dvd when they're released.

Yes, yes, the movies.
I guess anyone who has seen up to episode 94 knows Inu Yasha is coming to an end. I think the last movie will be the conclusion, "decided in one big final battle!"
I think that's what the second movie is about, or was that the third? o.O
Anyway from what I understood from the anouncement it's release is 12/21. I think that would have been 21 december, perhaps 2002?
Oh yes, the title: The castle behind the looking glass.
From the looks of it, the animation'll be the same as The love that trancendes time. Perhaps even better because of 'darker' animation, which usually means more detail ^_^.
*edit* Anyone know if any fansub house has a copy of this movie yet? Anyone know if any is planning on subbing it?
*again* Heeeh, I just saw the thread topic. 'spose I'm a tad off topic.
In my opinion Fluffy was never evil. Even before Rin he was a noble guy. He just has a lot of principles and too much pride. Doggy dissapointed him too many times and he sees his father's death as a result from caring for a human. His weakness lies in the fact that he regards humans as weaker lifeforms(pride and principal), that's why Naraku got so close to absorbing him. Rin is showing him the value of human life and as a result he won't kill humans as easilly as before. He always was like this, he never did kill doggy or Kagome, or even any other human in the series. You could see his 'turning' coming a mile away.
The reason he's cutting Doggy some slack now is because he is seeing how he could fall for a human, Fluff is (finally) beginning to understand his younger brother, and his father.

Hmm..I saw this screen cap I think where Sesshomaru was eating with Inuyasha, now I nearly choked once I saw the pic. I knew he gets soft because of Rin but I was so surprised to see him with his brother and not attacking him.
He use to be a bad guy that showed no emotions when in battle (which was cool) but that totally changes, I saw him get pissed off (which was cool), it was shocking..

That was just Inuyasha's imagination. Kagome was talking about familes ate together in her time, so Inuyasha was imagining what it would be like if he ate dinner with Sesshoumaru.

Either that or he was remembering a family dinner that occurred not too long before he was sealed to Goshimboku. I haven't quite figured out which. ^_^

^coming to an end in what fashion?<---as in the show is dying or the story is ending?
I seen 94 and know the story is no where near ending especially when 94 is mere filler.
it better not be dying...

I doubt either. Apparently (I wouldn't know for sure, since I haven't managed to read that far in the manga yet), there's still some of the manga that hasn't been animated yet, and Inuyasha seems to be fairly good at at least following the manga for its episodes (except for where they included filler), so it would make sense that they'd animate more of it. Getting close to coming to the end of the series, maybe. It depends on whether or not Takahashi-sempai is still working on the manga. I mean, Inuyasha's only gone through what, three full seasons, almost four? Ranma 1/2 went on for about 7, I believe, before she ended it. ::shrug::
