View Full Version : A two week break from Inu Yasha on TV

In case you don't already know, Adult Swim will be showing Char's Counterattack, the Mobile Suit Gundam Movie, during its entire run on next Saturday. The following Saturday Adult Swim will not be shown at all, because Adult Swim Action is now moving to Mondays through Thursdays starting the very next monday (January 13th if I'm not mistaken).
The bad news is, no Inu Yasha for Two weeks
The good news is, 4 Inu Yasha's a week after that
The great news is: Three Weeks until Sango appears!!!

I also heard that they're gonna start the series again from the beginning! Noooo!!!! :ssj:
Cuz now I have to wait that much longer to find out what happens next. :faint:
Oh, well, I guess you can't change it... Still makes me sad, though. *sniff*
Well, at least I'll get to see the beginning, which I haven't seen...

Nahhh I believe that on Jan 13 CN won't start the series from the beginning..go check out the tv schdule on cartoonnetwork.com to find out for yourself

You are mistaken. January 13th at 12:30 AM is the Episode Kagome's Voice and Kikyo's Kiss. That's the episode right after the last one they showed this past Saturday
And after that is "Enter Sango, the Demon Hunter."
Iwhine86, ur saying the series is gonna start over after the 2 week break? I was hoping to see the next one...that was after the one last sat...

Okay, you're right. I checked the website again. They won't be starting it over.
Don't know how I missed seeing that when I checked the website last week.

Got some news, though relatively old, from Anime Nation Forums.
Inuyasha will go off the air in February for about a month and Reign will replace it's slot for the month Inuyasha is gone. I believe it's gonna take a one month break around episode 37, probably to allow Ocean Studios to dub more episodes.
Speaking of which, I wonder if Cartoon Network will order more episodes after they finish airing the initial 52 they ordered. I'd also like to see them air the 1st Inuyasha movie, which was awesome, and the 2nd movie, which I have yet to find fan-subbed.
starting monday-jan. 13- monday-thursday 12:30 am. not saturday anymore.

52 episodes, but I'd assume they'll order the rest because Inuyasha is very popular.
Anyways, I ain't a sucker. :p I have up to episode 94. I'm still waiting for them to freaking release episode 95, and the 2nd movie.
Episode 96 is set to air in Japan on January 13th, and I hope they'll go back to following the manga.
where did you ever get a hold of 85-94? i only got the 1-84
