Where did the Sailors Powers come from???

Did the Sailors Power come from within (born with them) or were they given to them when they were aware that they were scouts???

well, the senshi of the present, aka makoto, rei, usagi, etc. were reincarnations of the senshi of the past, so they were born with them.

I think all the Scouts, Inner and Outer, were born with those powers. But, some Scouts, like Moon and Chibimoon, had to learn to use those powers. Remember, Princess Serenity didn't know how to use her powers to fight during the Silver Millenium. Or if she did, they never showed it. Then, Chibimoon had to be taught how to be a Sailor Scout in the past.

They were born with them. Passed down from generation to generation. I mean if you think about Queen Selenity, she gave her powers to Princess Serenity when the girl was born. The mothers of the other senshi probably gave the other girls their powers too...

Yeah, but, like I said, it appeared that Princess Serenity was never taught to use her powers until she was reborn on Earth and became Sailor Moon.

That's true and stuff she wasn't taught until she became but I was just pointing out how she's had them from the beginning.

just like what reika the dark angel said, i guess the scouts were all born with their powers. its all in their genes.... its part of them.

OK then, If most were born with there Powers, why did it take them so long for them to use them, They would have been in emotional situations before and then accidently used them, you would think

I think the Inner Scouts did use their powers before they arrived on Earth. They WERE charged with protecting Princess Serenity, after all.

i guess, they couldnt use their powers if they didnt know they have them. its like, there is a completely different person inhabbiting their bodies. like in usagi is sailormoon and etc.... so, the sailors in them need to been awaken to be able to use the powers.

I said BEFORE they arrived on Earth! That means before they were reborn on Earth!

queen serenity didnt want them to know about their past lives unless it was absolutly nesassary, because she just wanted them to live normal lives. so thats why they didnt know about their powers until they were older.

Actually, I think Queen Serenity hoped the time would never come when they would have to regain their memories and fight. But, if it was ever necessary to, she made sure that Luna and Artemis knew what to do when the time came.

~~*UrArA-cHaN*~~ and Rika are both completely right. and when they knew they were Sailor Scouts, they began to use their powers, but they had them all along. and with time, they learned to control those and they became stronger with the experience they gained during the battles they fought. They attained their limits of power at the end of Stars series, in my opinion...
