Inu Yasha Videogame

This may be old news to everyone, but an Inu Yasha fighting game is coming out for the Playstation in March.

Yeah, I read about it a few days ago when I recieved the latest issue of EGM. I was flipping through the pages and a small picture of Inuyasha caught my eye, so I took a lok and I was shocked to discover that it was coming to the US. No, I don't expect it to be good, but I'll pick it up anyways because I'm a huge Inuyasha fan. :D

This game coming out

This game coming in March is going to be for the PSX and is going to be a fighting game. There are a couple of RPG's for the PSX, and a couple for other systems like the Wonderswan.

ya beat me to making the thread starwind... anyway i was happy that it was for the ps1 and not ps2 (i got Xbox and G-cube) so i think i'll get it when it comes out. it can't be THAT bad....
The game goes no where without Naraku or Sess........or in that case Inu Yasha ;)

but were those dates for japan, or the U.S, 'cause i haven't heard a word for one of them (until this fighting one)...and what the heck (no cursing) is a wonderswan?

Wonderswan is a game console, I believe.

And why would you prefer it on a PS2? PSX games work on PS2's.

yup, not as good graphics, but i'm happy 'cause at least i can get it! ....so are the dates on the site for japan? and i still don't get the whole wonderswan thing.

The Wonder Swan is a hand held system like the GBA but is not available in the US.

And all the games listed there, except for the Inuyasha fighting game, are not avaialable in the states. Yes, the dates are for when it was released in Japan.

Hey, at least we're getting an anime game. There are so many anime-based games that will never see the lught of day here in the US. You know what? If it's not Dragon ball Z, Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Gundam, etc..... the chances of an anime based game getting released is very unlikely.

Yeah, i've seen that before with DBZ, and other anime. You are right that at least we are getting it.

Yeah, it ain't fair that Japan gets all the games. :bawling: Even though we still get some, its still not enough. It doesn't really matter, anyone could just order them.

It's not exactly a bad thing that alot of anime games aren't brought over because most of them end up being utter crap. It's nice to have them in our collection, but most of thm have no real value except as a little item to add to your collection. There are a few exceptions where there have been descent and even good anime based games, but most of them are pure crap. Not like we need stores being flooded with hundreds of anime based games that absolutely suck.
