Anyway, on the same note as the Nadesico thing, one of my personal inspired-by-Thumbnail-Theatre favorites is X Handpuppet Theatre. It's only up to volume 6 and hasn't been updated in over a year (maybe two?), but dear god, if you've read X it's hilarious.
