I don't know about you, but this guy is one of the best villains in a series. He's just so evil and doesn't stop...until the end of the series. Kinda like the Terminator. He's so diabolical for just one guy.

Bah. He definetely has the whole bad-guy look down, but other than that he's just really annoying. He ALWAYS comes back, even when he gets completely obliterated.

he is a pain in the backside... at least he has the evil thing down quite well though.
