He's much more complex, I don't like him as a person, but I love him as a character cause all of his conflicts and traumas. He's got way much more inside than just a cool bike.

Man, more people don't dig the Colonel? He's fruggin hardcore, especially in the manga... he shoots people, in combat, with the damn space satelite. Plus, he's damn near invincible.

Akira is one of my favourites. Just seeing him smile in the anime just made my heart break :bawling: - and the connection between him and Tetsuo... Or maybe I'm reading too much into it...

I would have voted for Tetsuo cause he's the tradgic hero who's lashing out at the world that surpressed him but you have to love Akira cause he's basicly a god who transends death.

Well, since I figured Tetsuo and Kaneda would get all the votes I thouth I would vote for my favorite underdog. Thus my vote goes to the Colonel. I liked his voice in the french dub, though it's mainly because I thought he was badass when he decided not to give in to the authorities. That was pretty cool. Then the madman goes on to face Tetsuo as he is becoming that big 'thing'. :lol:
