Please answer my question about Jinto please

Someone PLEASE answer my question.. The farthest I have gotten with the crest of the Stars series is to Babber of the Stars vol.1. The question I have is DID JINTO DIE:bawling: ... Ok I got this idea from this website. I downloaded this music video and it looks like Jinto dies. It is from like Banner of The Stars 2 I guess. Any Japanese person out these tht has seen them all or read them all please tell me if Jinto died PLEASE :bawling::bawling::bawling::bawling::bawling::bawling:

I had the same idea at one time. I had always heard that Banner of the Stars II was the most tragic of the three series so far, and I know that the last episode of the series is "Tears of an Abriel" and features Lafiel crying. Considering that her mother is already dead, crying again must mean that someone very close to her gets killed in the end.

So that is that end of the story, however...

the author himself states that Seikai no Senki series is planned to expand into several more novels, and he says that the crew of the Basroil are going to play a more major role in the series as the novels go on.

If he manages to write those novels before waiting too long, animations could be made of those as well. As it stands, Banner of the Stars II the anime doesn't even cover all of Banner of the Stars the Novel, only a relatively small portion of it.

So in that respect, its hard to believe that Jinto dies so early.

So my theory is that everyone THINKS Jinto dies, but he ends up miraculously surviving and returns to Lafiel after she cries about thinking that he was dead.

I know that, if he did die while being held captive on that planet, Lafiel would be VERY VERY sad, not only because she lost her friend and potential love, but because she as a captain with a military responsibility had to make the choice to leave Jinto behind when he was captured and not launch a rescue team. So she would feel very guilty if something like that happened.

My friend got the episodes but it is all mixxed up with banner of the stars and banner of the stars 2. It seems like some people named them wrong. Well anyways the series is very good, better then I expected. Just try to watch the episodes, you'll like them.
