Was the release date of .hack moved up? because I went to grab FLCL and the copy i ordered was there waiting for me :D

the date is 3/5 for the special edition
3/18 for the regular version

its so tragic because there are too many video games and other dvd's for me that i have bought and stilll need to get that are preventing me from getting the special edition dvd's

my bad, it was today, the 4th of march that it was released. my copy just shipped from amazon :D

Mine came to me in an unusual way...
First I check suncoast and their website and find out its comming March 18th (including the dothack website). I then happen to go by Suncoast for todays Triple Points day to find out they had 2 early releases and got one... Lucky me, anyway, I love it.

the special edition has a box, soundtrack cd, plushie and t-shirt (along with various other things)

But you should know that it is limited; does anyone know how many were produced?
I had some trouble finding one, but I found a store with one last copy yesterday so I'm very happy. This after going store to store looking for one last week and checking online for a good deal.
Also, the future releases each come with a music cd right? That's what I remember reading somewhere online.

aye they will, and DVD 6 will come with the soundtrack and a box for the soundtracks i beleive.

there are 15k of each of the LE's being made, which should mean they won't actually sell out too fast, but to be sure i'm pre-ordering well in advance from large name stores :)

Amazon had the best deal from what I've seen (for the LE set), and I'm pretty sure they still have more if you want to order. And yes, the LE edition of vol.2 wil include the soundtrack from what I know.

Good to hear that all the dvds come with cds, anyone know which ones with which dvds? Will it be every soundtrack there is or are there some soundtracks that you'll have to buy separately?
The website where I get my dvds lists the release date as may 6 2003 for the LE one and may 20 2003 for the normal version.
