I forget who said it but I think it was the Colonel or one of the politicians, but one of them said something about the "Akira World Renewal Movement". Now they never really explained what it was so I'm wondering if you guys know. It obviously has something to do with Akira, but what the Akira World Renewal Movement is baffles me.
