From what I heard most of the voices are good, it's just that nearly everyone who likes the dub agress that Asahina's voice is horrible.

Thankfully Asahina doesn't have much screentime and let's hope the VA improves for the vital scenes later in the series.

Chris Patton's a great VA, but he, nor any of the cast, clicked with me. and it was a PAIN since the dvd was dub-only. subbed for RahXephon for me.

The only real bad one in my opinion was Asahina and it seems so horrible because well it sounded horrible when she shouted at Ayato which was the first time you hear her. First impessions count, though she sounded much better when she wasn't shouting.

I thought all the other characters were dubbed very well, though I doubt I will end up liking the dub better than the sub (since I'm so use to their voices) it is shaping up for me to be the best ADV dub I've heard.

You want to hear a butchered up character? Listen to Dilandau's dub in The Vision Of Escaflowne, that one dub voice completely wrecked the english dub for me. And since he was a major character compared to Asahina's minor it was much worse overall as well.

I'll rather ADV get the main characters right and stuff up the odd supporting character, than ---- up the main characters yet nail the support cast like they did with the first Rurouni Kenshin OVAs aka Samurai X.
